Happy to have information at my fingertips, particularly the directory for our Organization - intuitive, very easy to navigate.

Love SeeingSpot, but there is an issue with the Hours Manager in this version. It's not scrolling far enough to allow me to submit hours. The bar at the bottom of the screen with back/forward/refresh is covering the submit button. Now I can't submit hours, which is my primary use of SeeingSpot .

SeeingSpot would be really helpful if turning the iPhone sideways resulted in a landscape view. Or even being able to zoom. Instead, anything that doesn't fit in the view is cut off. I'll stick with the website until this gets better.

We use SeeingSpot for our National Charity League chapter and I love the ease of use! I can even toggle between my daughter and my accounts very easily!

Very helpful in finding contact information in a large organization and communicating quickly.

Easy to keep up to date on hours reporting.

It makes coordinating events on a huge scale so easy!

SeeingSpot definitely need some work interfacing with calendar population, adding hours for members ( attempting to add hours when you are not signed in as that member will not populate. You can choose another member aligned with you account, but no hours populate.) Would love it if Digital Cheetah auto synced with calendar as well. I have added it as a subscribed calendar, re-added, deleted and re-added. No syncing. Keep on plugging, though! We will get there!!!

Unable to scroll or use in landscape mode so some of the features I can't access. Usually have to use the website so app isn't helpful or useful.

Why can’t I add a profile picture?

SeeingSpot is great and after a slow start now works amazingly. However what I really want to complement is their tech support. They have been more then helpful and quick to respond to an issue I've been having with getting SeeingSpot to wok with my iCal on my phone and they have been amazing. Especially Toni G-V. Thanks guys

SeeingSpot has way too many problems. After asking 6 months ago to see if they can be resolved and getting no response nor any satisfaction, I cannot recommend SeeingSpot. I have spoken with many people about how they like SeeingSpot and the unanimous conclusion is no thank you! If you're looking for an app for your organization, keep looking. This one is not iPhone friendly nor is it intuitive. I don't mind a learning curve but when there are obvious problems that don't get resolved... I'm a very unsatisfied customer. Too bad we're being forced to use it.

Easy to use. Directory access to call or text or email, register for events, send posts, check organization calendar and view the website all from your mobile. Our members love and use it!

Works great - when it works, which is sporadic lately. Since recent updates have had several problems. Agree with other reviewer that need to verify/sign in again often is a hassle. Also, I am a member of two organizations/spots but app only allows me to access one at a time. Customer service is responsive but still working out this issue.

I'm a member of two organizations that use Digital Cheetah. Previously when I logged into Seeing Spot, I would be asked to choose which organization. Since the update I can no longer choose and it seems to default to one every time and it is not the one I use most. Also I cannot access any admin features via SeeingSpot which I think is a huge hole in the software.

I only use SeeingSpot because the organization I belong to requires its use. It is unfriendly and not intuitive. It also kicks me out sometimes when I am entering info. Many people in my organization have lots of problems with SeeingSpot and hate using it. I wish the developers would pretend they are busy moms who need to enter or look up information on the go sometimes. They would quickly see its faults and beat their heads into a wall too.

Although I can add hours for my children and I, we cannot register for an event separately. As a result, I register myself and sometimes then I have to use a web address to register my daughters. But the time I get to the address the event is full and I end up having to withdraw my registration because I don't want to attend alone. I use SeeingSpot for info only and adding hours, it is useless for other functions.
