I switched phones recently with the promise of a smooth transition from the intouch app support team. I followed instructions and instead of a smooth transfer I was found with contacts on my phone that were completely irrelevant or outdated and definitely not transferred from previous phone. I contacted support again as I obviously needed contacts. Support was awful. They were unresponsive and answered 2 days later saying there was no need to manually enter contacts and that support was going to contact me to help. They still haven’t and I have had to go through all contacts and manually enter as obviously I cannot wait for InTouchApp to reply. Super disappointed. Figured out if I deleted all contacts via computer and then reinstalled app on phone it would sync from phone and be done. But seriously guys your customer service couldn’t tell me this easy fix? Wow.....anyway glad it worked out thanks to um...hmmm

ITContactsManager is miles away from what is described in the screenshots. It has a recurring fatal error and no response to their Twitter dm’s. It doesn’t support the iPhone X at all as is depicted in screenshots. The groups feature that is heavily described in the marketing for ITContactsManager is just a small part of a host of other bloated features (including an independent dial pad like I need their app to make phone calls, and a library of a bunch of random Indian car services?).

It sort of worked the first time I used. Then after My contacts got erased a second time, I had to manually add them from the website back to the phone. Also, ITContactsManager claims there will never be problems with duplicates. However, after I added all the contacts back manually because ITContactsManager would not retrieve them via the update, All of the sudden it wanted to grab the contacts from the server And of course there was a duplicate list of contacts at the bottom of my contact list in the number section.
ITContactsManager is a complete waste of time. If it were not for the BlackBerry and apple capabilities I would've done better researched and found a better app to transfer my contacts. However, I can't say it didn't do the basic part of it's job which was the chance of contacts. Even though I had to manually do it, at least that my contacts now and I can use the iCloud from now on.

I was trying your app and found it very useful. When Google decided to end up their contacts sync service with RIM, i was crippled for quite sometime. However you saved us all by having ITContactsManager which is easy to use. I rated ur app in RIM before i mess it up. I lost all my contacts (i was so dumb and twas my fault) when im trying to sync both phones. I reached out for tech support and for less than an hour someone responded and pushed all my stolen contacts back to my account. AMAZING! Im still under basic subscription and with such extraordinary customer service and VIP treatment, i am considering paying for 2yrs subscription. Thank you and God bless

I contacted customer service for some problem with syncing. Can you believe they stayed with me and emailed me back and forth for more than 8 hours until they fixed it!? They were really professional and helpful.

After updating to a newer version of software, I lost my contacts. I had relied on a contact backup app from my service provider which failed. I was able to transfer many contacts from a secondary phone to my current with ease. This was a life saver!

Put simply, this is seamless than most single device sync services.
I'd appreciate if the download/upload progress would load on first screen though. The contacts part isn't of much use as the sync part.
