Soggy wet paper last Saturday. NOT DOUBLE BAGGED. Please confirm with the delivery agent for Robson Ranch, that Swanbeck at 9617 Colbert Cove requests double bagging when rain is expected. This has been a standing request for years. Did not happen several times recently. Changed delivery person?? Have no interest in the digital issue. Like to sit down and read a PAPER. Dropped the D-RC since is no longer a newsPaper. Bob, a digital dinosaur.
