How to fix iTel app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the iTel app on iPhone
Update iTel app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall iTel iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix iTel on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve iTel network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

iTel Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix iTel not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the iTel App
1. On android, goto Settings » iTel » click [Force Stop]

Update iTel to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear iTel App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » iTel » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart iTel.

Fix iTel unable to contact server/ iTel internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click iTel » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto iTel » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch iTel
