How to fix Yandex Mail app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Yandex Mail app on iPhone
Update Yandex Mail app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Yandex Mail iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Yandex Mail on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Yandex Mail network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Yandex Mail Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Yandex Mail not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Yandex Mail App
1. On android, goto Settings » Yandex Mail » click [Force Stop]

Update Yandex Mail to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Yandex Mail App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Yandex Mail » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Yandex Mail.

Fix Yandex Mail unable to contact server/ Yandex Mail internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Yandex Mail » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Yandex Mail » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
