After working flawlessly for over a year my Honeywell thermostadt app won't open properly. After the latest is update when I try to open the app the screen gets stuck in a loop rotating the screen between horizontal and vertical and will not respond to any touch . I have to use voice to bring up another app before I can close the app by sliding it off the screen while minimized. I deleted and reloaded app from play store but it did not resolve this problem And it continues to do this even if my phone settings have auto returned off. No other of my apps have this problem
App has worked fine for me for years. However, starting 3 days ago, it inconsistently texts/emails when the alarm is armed or disarmed. It is entirely inconsistent---may not work four times, then works correctly the next two times. Please advise. Thank you
App takes 2 or 3 attempts to arm/disarm alarm system from inside the home despite the fact that Wi-Fi signals are strong. Same problem outside the home. I have tried reloading app, forced restart of my iPhone, etc.
Continually get a message "unable to establish a connection" when using the phone app to bypass sensors, arm, disarm, and clear sensors
App not connecting to home unit. Hasn’t updated for two days. Tried to reboot phone and deleted and installed app still not working.
Total connect crashes immediately after log in on my iPad. Reinstall did not change. The app works fine on android devices
App is not communicating with the unit on the wall. For example, the temperature in the house is 82, I send the command to change the temperature from 78 to 75 and the unit does not start. I can do it manually though. Removed or changed all the scheduled times, doesn’t work either. Deleted the app, downloaded it again, not worked. Turn the iPhone off completely, nothing. Used the iPadMini and did the same, no results. Don’t know what else to do. HELP!!
The app won’t send me a text or email to help with login information.
App is not working to remotely bypass sensors, arm and disarming the alarm. Gives me connection issues. I get all notifications when sensors are opened and also let me know status of alarm so it shows me I have connection.
Weather is not updating. It's stuck on the weather from 3 days ago. How do I fix it?
First issue. log in to system and message that thermostat has no internet connection. Internet working fine on other products. How does none reset thermostat to internet. Second problem. I have a second Honeywell smart thermostat in another home where I am currently located. Both are similar thermostats in respective homes. I took off cover plate of one at this residencee to see if there were batteries. When I reconnected I can get only heat to come on even though the thermostat shows it is on Cool. The cover home plate is not showiing Heat as an option.
The total connect app keeps crashing on my android phone. I've reinstalled, changed password and everything and nothing works !!! Help
