The information will not transfer from my phone to my iPad
I got anew phone and when I went to update the app with my backup book info, it says the app no longer exists!! This is my worst nightmare!!

I’ve been using this app for years with little problems. The latest update is messed up. You have to go around the long way to put a new client in, there is no history for clients now, and I’ve had people disappear. In 25years of doing hair, I can count on one hand how many times I double booked or forgot to put someone in. In the past week, it’s happened twice. I had to buy a paper book to be sure it doesn’t happen again. So frustrating. No response when I emailed them.

It has been too long since you had a new update. New phone System is coming out need updates to go with it. Will give 5 stars after the updates. Will be nice if you Could of added tips, cash ,check, or card payments too. And send a reminder to clients also. Syncing between iPad and iPhone should do better. Instead of always having to back up. Use your app for a very long time and was loving it. Well not mine to pay a little something for it If it was more accommodating.

I’ve been emailing them for support for two months now. I had to get a brand new phone because I cracked my old phone and it was old so I got a new phone and now I cannot restore. I even had my back up like they tell you to do but they no longer go to any other device save yourself some stress find another app these people are obviously not in business anymore because they’re not answering my emails for 4 months. My appointments are all screwed up. Now I’m wasting money because I lost all my clients appts.
