I upgraded to iphone 15. Cannot access my information. The app is no longer in the app store. I cannot even access my info. in my back up email.

I have had the same issue spoke to apple they said the app has been removed which I have lost 10 years of information so if anyone knows how to restore from a backup email to somewhere else that would be really handy thanks in advance xxx
