My rosetta is constantly lagging which is extremely frustrating AND it won't recognize what I'm saying - I have to say the same thing often over a dozen times before it either decides to recognize or deny. I am using this program with online school so it is a required program but I'm ready to give up and just fail the course for not finishing. I don't know how to fix this issue!!!!

Website and app both glitching. Very slow and out of time, doesn't react when I click on active fields. Too slow to use. Bugging out, to the extent that its is unusable.

How to fix Rosetta Stone app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Rosetta Stone app on iPhone
Update Rosetta Stone app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Rosetta Stone iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Rosetta Stone on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Rosetta Stone network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Rosetta Stone Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Rosetta Stone not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Rosetta Stone App
1. On android, goto Settings » Rosetta Stone » click [Force Stop]

Update Rosetta Stone to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Rosetta Stone App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Rosetta Stone » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Rosetta Stone.

Fix Rosetta Stone unable to contact server/ Rosetta Stone internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Rosetta Stone » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Rosetta Stone » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Rosetta Stone
