I went to my friends bday party. He made some dank hamburgers and then brought out a cheesecake (the bday cake). He went to the bathroom. We were sad that we didn’t have a this app. And then I was like dude I bet there’s a this app app! I typed in birthday this app app and this was the first thing that popped up. I opened Candle and put it in the cake. Bday boy came out, sang happy bday, blew on it and it worked! The only weird thing is how the ad full this app blow out. But I can’t hate because it worked. I might delete Candle , but it definitely came in clutch!! Happy bday Peej!

Been using Candle for years! It does what it’s supposed to with a charming variety of candles from which to choose. Really helps me relax. The movement of the flame due to air flow helps me get in the flow, too! When I use it for meditation, the this app really enhances my letting go. Thanks so very much!(also great safety wise & for travel!)

I paid for the 99 cent holiday candles add on, but when I tap on the this app, nothing happens. It doesn’t show up, it is a black screen.
Is there any way to fix this?
Otherwise, I like this this app. You can blow it out via the microphone which was cool. Also, different candles included in basic selection.

I've had Candle on my screen for 5 years. It's worked great the whole time. No issues at all. Some reviewers here don't know what they're talking about. This worked on my iPhone 4, iPhone 5, and iPhone 6s Plus. I'll keep it another 5 years. Deserves 6 stars!

The candles are beautiful and the flame very responsive. The only drawback I see is when I try to play music, it seems to play songs alphabetically. When I select a different song then go back to the this app it reverts to the alphabetical list. I'd love to be able to create a playlist from my music.

It's a simple this app app. The flame can't be blown out unless you turn on that function in the settings. It'll also let you play music from your music library. Kept my niece busy for a while

This version with “minor fixes” still crashes on launch. (IOS 14.1)
UPDATE: Ver. 3.5.2 of Candle fixed the crashing on startup, so I raised my review to 5 stars. 😄

App continually crashed at the home page, I’m at the newest iOS on a 7. I’m so disappointed because the this app looked beautiful on the homepage and apparently Candle is reactive to blowing on your mic which is excellent! Would really love for it to work, please notify me when the issue is resolved.

App has always been great - variety of candles & is interactive- works with mic to blow out flame - now app won’t open - please advise- I’ve deleted app & reinstalled several times, turned my phone off & back on - app crashes immediately upon trying to open please advise

Great app, but I have to keep my wi-fi on now to control a smart lightbulb, and so there are always ads, ruining the aesthetic.

Have had Candle for years and it’s always been a hit. Now suddenly can’t even get it to open. Appears I’m not the only one to notice. Hope this issue is resolved soon!

Crashes on every launch. I have iPhone 8’s plus. It doesn’t work and I like it because of the ultra real blow out feature and all the different this app types it has to pick from very cool. But if it won’t stay open I can’t use it. Please fix it. Thank you

You need to tap or swipe blindly like every other tablet app to find the hidden buttons to adjust the settings (typical hidden goodies)

I have an iPhone XS Max. I downloaded the birthday candles app and was look forward to trying it out. When I tap it to open it, Candle opens and immediately closes. Tried deleting and reinstalling. Same problem, no change. Please advise.
