Crash no “burn?”

Crashes on every launch. I have iPhone 8’s plus. It doesn’t work and I like it because of the ultra real blow out feature and all the different candle types it has to pick from very cool. But if it won’t stay open I can’t use it. Please fix it. Thank you

I have an iPhone XS Max. I downloaded the birthday candles app and was look forward to trying it out. When I tap it to open it, the app opens and immediately closes. Tried deleting and reinstalling. Same problem, no change. Please advise.

App continually crashed at the home page, I’m at the newest iOS on a 7. I’m so disappointed because the candle looked beautiful on the homepage and apparently the app is reactive to blowing on your mic which is excellent! Would really love for it to work, please notify me when the issue is resolved.
