Can’t even use it

I’ve downloaded UltraWorldwide 3 times and still haven’t been able to open it. It keeps getting stuck at the Location Services screen and times out loading to the next page. This is multiple uninstallation and re installations on different networks. Please fix this before Miami this weekend

Doesn’t update points for passport

I attended all three days of UMF Miami 2018 and UltraWorldwide has yet to update the points onto my passport. Such a disappointing app especially the amount of money I paid for my ticket.

Hilariously Awful

UltraWorldwide is comically unusable. Forms are impossible to complete because they display off screen. Notifications appear hidden behind the iPhone notch. Clearly UltraWorldwide was not tested 😂

No schedule view

I’ve been coming to ultra Miami for years and your app has always been top of the line. Looks like you either switched providers or designed your own bc of the Apple rules but this is terrible

Broken app doesn’t work

Less than half of the artists show up on UltraWorldwide listed out of order in conflict of the schedule posted by ultra everywhere else. App lineup is not accurate, lineup posted on social media is.

Unable to login

Good concept but...

The Embrace of Ultra!
Cool idea but you're lacking the other Ultra's in the selection. Especially for Ultra Miami not being listed for selection in the tutorial part. Needs a bit tweaking.

it’s a great app and layed out very well but crashes randomly. Please fix this before the festival.

Great app but No sound

Each artist has a video however there is no sound. Hopefully an update will fix the audio problem
