When I first took out my car payment loan through this bank, it was as easy as going online and click pay. After their so-called update to their system “to make things better” it has been an absolute train wreck. Every month I have to transfer money from my regular checking account (different bank) five days before my car payment is due because with the new updated system that’s how long a transfer takes! The last two days I’ve signed on to schedule my car payment for the 1st and now the calendar doesn’t work. This website and app is so frustrating. It is enough for me to never take out a car loan through this company again! As soon as I pay this vehicle off, I am washing my hands of this establishment. If you do not have five days to wait on your money to transfer from one bank to another, do not do business with this bank!!

My only computer is an iPad. Do not even bother installing if this is what you have. Mobile deposit will make you pull out your hair and AmFirstDigitalBanking won’t even show you your accounts summary. I don’t mean it is slow, I mean that it never opens. I was advised to uninstall and reinstall. (Was working fine until the recent updates.) Have done this twice with no improvement. Since I rely on mobile banking I think I will find another bank whose app is not crap.

Not a friendly app. They took away a lot of features that were on the web site. For instance 1) I can no longer view an image related to my accounts before I enter my pass word tho make sure I’m on the correct account. 2) no longer get confirmations on transfers or payments 3) transfers only show balances they don’t show the actual transaction and what
account it came from 4) can’t access from all my devices
5) freezes up and I had to sign out and back on and it froze up again.
I called the bank and I was told I could delete AmFirstDigitalBanking and go directly to the web site thru safari. Needs a lot of work.

For the past few months every time I open my app it will show my quick balance page, but when I go to open the account it will close AmFirstDigitalBanking on me after my Face ID. I will have to delete AmFirstDigitalBanking and re download it in order to get into my account.

This has been going on ever since the last update and is extremely frustrating to have to go through so many steps every time. Clearly there is a bug that need sorted out.

This part of AmFirstDigitalBanking needs work, I have had some deposits rejected because of quality of pictures. Well I know when AmFirstDigitalBanking takes the picture and I am able to see the preview it looks perfectly legible. However days later I get a rejection notice. I called in to ask why and was told to be sure I have the latest version. I have auto update enforced for all my apps.

Not happy with some of the new updates in AmFirstDigitalBanking . All transactions are now one color. I preferred when deposits were green and withdrawals were black. It was easy to glance at and easily distinguish transactions. I also don’t like how there is a separate app to manage notifications. That should have been integrated when they did the latest upgrades

App lags, transfers will say they failed prompting you too retry, still fail then next day 1/2 the transfers will post, the others will not show up anywhere except in transfer history and they say failed. Sometimes the transfers from your own accts are immediate other times it takes 2-3 days. Ex: transfer from 71 to 72. Sometimes you can use face id, other times for no reason it'll say error and you gotta enter your pw, then it just spins and nothing. You're still not logged in. It's kinda ghetto.

Easy to use. Interface is easy to understand. Accurate updates and information right at your fingertips. Makes me extremely comfortable knowing that I can quickly access my banking information.

I’ve been with AFFCU for 40 + years. They have to date never made an error on my account and when I call they treat me as if they know me. I just love and trust them so much. Now with on line banking with an easy program I do my banking from anywhere

I love AmericasFirstFCU. They are very helpful and nice. I wish they would open one in Jasper or Fayette. We live in Cullman now and have a farm in between Jasper and Fayette. We drive to Cullman to do our banking. I know there is a lot of people who would love to have AmericasFirstFCU in one of these towns/cities. Thank you for AmFirstDigitalBanking , does a good job for us.

This feature is new updated but I’m concerned about mobile deposit history because it doesn’t show anymore. Used to be shown in old version but not anymore. I’d have to check email. Not friendly.

Recent help after our account was hacked
We are so thankful for the efficient way S Bullock handled our problems. She was so kind and helped keep us calm during a very stressful time. Amfirst has always been willing whelp us as senior citizens when we have any questions Thanks again

I like the Digital system enough. I wish I could get the mobile app on my iPads. When I try to download it, it tells me I need operating system 11.0. My iPads are several years old and I don’t know how to get 11.0 update. My system tells me my software is up to date. I was surprised to find I must go thru Safari to get to AMFIRST. I think all operating systems should be included. Then it would be perfect

I’ve used so many banking apps and have to say this one has thought through some incredibly important things for both ease of use and protection. It’s this kind of thoughtful development that makes me want to move more of my banking business to AmFirst. Can’t wait to see where AmFirstDigitalBanking is a year from now.

Would love to give it 5 stars but for the last year or two the “Remember my device” function has been bugged. So I have to manually log in every time. Not a huge issue but definitely annoying. Otherwise AmFirstDigitalBanking works well and looks good.

The new bill pay takes longer to get to its destination. If you want the payment to arrive in the same amount of time as the old system, you have to pay a steep service fee. I suggest adjust your due dates on your accounts accordingly. The positive is the home screen now will show you a quick overview of all your accounts.

I love everything about Afccu and AmFirstDigitalBanking ! My one problem is being able to transfer to my daughters account. She and I have both tried to set it up and can not get it to connect. It would be nice due to they travel quit often and I have their children when they do, sometimes she needs to send me money or vise versa

Love AmFirstDigitalBanking ! I can transfer money from my other bank accounts to this one. I have a savings account with them and I love how I have to wait a few business days if I want to transfer money or not be lazy and get up and go to the bank if I want money out of my savings. It has helped me save a lot of money !

AmFirst app is a great tool to manage my account and make transfers when I need to. The only thing I would like to see added to AmFirstDigitalBanking is the ability to enable and disable your card in case something happens and you lose your Wallet or someone tries to copy your card number and you see unfamiliar charges you can just shut it down. Other than that really good.

AmFirstDigitalBanking is easy to use and understand. The layout is very simple and any changes being made to AmFirstDigitalBanking come through notifications when you open AmFirstDigitalBanking . So, there’s no surprises. I love using AmFirstDigitalBanking and how accessible it is.
