LBS Health Spending App Reviews

Not sure what happened to LBSHealthSpendingApp but it used to work fine for several years but now it never opens. I try almost everyday and it just sits on the loading page. Kind of defeats the purpose of having an app that you can submit reimbursements on if it does not work and I have to use my home computer. I hope you get this fixed soon. VERY DISAPPOINTED.

Although I've used LBSHealthSpendingApp in the past with no issues, it now crashes on every attempt. I have an iPhone 5 with an older iOS version. Perhaps that's the problem but if LBSHealthSpendingApp is no longer comparable, there should be an option to use an older version. Currently, every time I attorney to submit a claim, I get to the last step, which is uploading a receipt. As soon as I click on the appropriate button to do so, LBSHealthSpendingApp shuts down completely! I have deleted LBSHealthSpendingApp and re downloaded, restarted the phone and it still does the same thing. This, coupled with the fact that I can't access the website online, is VERY frustrating. ( online, it doesn't recognize either my old or new password to even sign on ). I am hesitant to change online password for fear it will then, no longer recognize the password that does connect me via my iPhone. Did I say this was frustrating?? It is... X 10 !!!

You sure are good at taking money out of my pay so how about fixing LBSHealthSpendingApp so it opens all the way and I can load my receipts so I can get paid back it is my money.
Update no update this still isn’t loading. You really don’t even deserve the 2 stars I gave you!

I have to keep calling because I have 2 accounts . Things I purchase keeps getting denied because they are not placed on the right account . Call 10 times and still not straightened out . Not happy with this at all !

Maybe once every 4 months will LBSHealthSpendingApp actually open properly, it’s always stuck loading after logging in.

LBSHealthSpendingApp used to work and now it doesn’t. I’m able to get past the login screen but after that, all I see is a spinner that’s says “Loading Accounts”. Nothing ever loads.

An extremely unreliable app. It goes offline every few days. No ways to connect back. It stays down for a while before any fix is applied. Can trust it.

If you were looking for an unstable constantly crashing application and a customer support team that are no help whatsoever, this is LBSHealthSpendingApp for you.

Gives no usable information whatsoever! Only gives balances. Pointless and worthless.

LBSHealthSpendingApp is utterly useless. Just doesn’t load. You must use the desktop site.

LBSHealthSpendingApp is a horrible web view of their website. It doesn’t login in most of the time. It doesn’t remember settings. Like their website it doesn’t provide useful feedback about why claims were rejected. Stay away from this company (if you can)!

Worked great for a few months but now it never loads. Unusable

No app notifications, you can’t even see messages from your account in LBSHealthSpendingApp . All it’s good for is uploading receipts.

Works ok, can see most information that’s available on the website. They do need to update it to show properly on the X/XS. The notch cuts into the top of LBSHealthSpendingApp on some screens. Not a huge deal, but looks hokey.

Easy to see how much you're spending, what you've contributed and what you still have left available. Love that you can submit photos of receipts.

App is very easy to set up. Convenient having flex information available at your fingertips wherever you may be!

LBSHealthSpendingApp is incredibly helpful. The new receipt upload functionality is great and now I have access to my flex accounts anywhere I go. Works great!!!
