This application is a game changer for insurance agents regardless if you’re a telesales agent or a face to face agent. You’re able to import excel sheets by converting to cvs files and loading all the data in in a matter of minutes rather than manually entering client information in. Once loaded you have a “map” birds eye view of all your clients in the location they live. You can set filters to each client based on the criteria you want. You also can log client conversations or any additional material inside each clients individual file. Helps tremendously for follow up calls to have quick access at notes.
There’s also a route optimization feature to plan your route for the day, and it will show you the optimum route based on your preference.
Quick features such as one click to dial from inside the clients file allows you to call blitz an area to schedule close proximity appointments, and a one click to pull up the map and route to someone’s house.
When it comes to organizing your book of business and an app that helps you with one management look to Mapview. I would pay more money for it, it helps me that much!

Mapview has been everything to me in my sales career. I love being able to see which of my prospects are in my area, and have navigation to each. Also, getting to log notes after each visit enabling me to pick up with the client where I left off.

Used MapviewSalesRoutePlanner daily for call planning and routing. My customers were K-12 schools in Florida. Rather than spending a half of a day figuring out which schools to target in a given area and the best order for calls (to minimize backtracking), I just opened Mapview, picked a geographic area to target (my customer locations were easy to see on the map) and hit the road. Huge productivity tool. It doesn't get much simpler.

I have been looking for an app like this for a while. Found this one and have enjoyed the time it has saved me. If I had a complaint it would be the learning curve of course that could be me not MapviewSalesRoutePlanner . I have used the contact us a couple of times in MapviewSalesRoutePlanner and Mr. Calvin Casey has always responded same day if not within hours sometimes within minutes. Truly a great app!

I've tried many different apps that route my day for me, but MapView takes it to another level. MapView allows me to not only plan out my day, but it allows me to keep up with my book of business. I'm able to add pictures and notes of every single client that way no one is ever forgotten!
There are many different filters to choose from. It's completely customizable. If you're in the life insurance business, you HAVE to have MapviewSalesRoutePlanner.
I've had MapView for a year now and they continue to improve things. And most importantly, they stand by their product and have an awesome team to give me the support I need.

2 stars because the number of times MapviewSalesRoutePlanner crashes and or force closes while I’m using MapviewSalesRoutePlanner . I counted 8 times in 6.5 minutes. Frustrating to say the very least. I have emailed customer service repeatedly and have yet to receive a reply.
5 stars because I have been looking for an app to replace this one and I have been unable to find one that provides the mass importing of my customers and separate grouping as well. So I continue to use it in spite of the difficulties of using it

I’m not paid by anyone but by my own effort and sales. If you’re remotely considering this it’s because you’re probably your own boss. This is a the most comprehensive CRM, and the BIGGEST INSURANCE agencies are using it. Ehmm... Lincoln Heritage LIC.
It’s all about being efficient and getting in-front of more clients. MapviewSalesRoutePlanner lets me import .cvs leads right into it, this feature is super costly in apps like Route4Me. It lets me make calls with a different number on it and right on my iPad.

Mapview is an awesome app. It keeps me organized and stores all of my notes and information. The best part of all is the wonderful support team they have if you are having a problem. They get back to you immediately and work with you until the problem is fixed or you know what you are doing. I could not do my job without it.

1) MapviewSalesRoutePlanner used to show driving directions between two locations by simply clicking on two points. That functionality no longer exist.
2) I can’t find a way to sync between two devices. The developer claims you can set up an iCloud account, but this doesn’t work.
There is zero phone support. I have emailed the company and have received no response at all - zero again. After entering a huge amount of data, I am forced to look for another app. Sad!

The customer support you receive with MapviewSalesRoutePlanner is second to none. Very responsive, thorough, and they care about their customers. And, if I am being honest, most issues I have had with MapviewSalesRoutePlanner are from my own user error rather than MapviewSalesRoutePlanner itself. MapviewSalesRoutePlanner use to be the best on the market. Did everything I needed as a field sales rep. Now it closes unexpectedly when I am in the middle of entering data into a lead. Some times it takes me 3-4 tries to finish a task. I sent an email to the support team over a week ago and they haven’t gotten back to me. In the past, I would get a call or email within hours of having an issue. This issue is completely unacceptable and needs to be fixed.

I just purchased MapviewSalesRoutePlanner as it looks like it can be quite helpful, and it may turn out to be eventually. Few of the functions are intuitive and the “support” on the website is HORRIBLE and I can’t even find a help section in MapviewSalesRoutePlanner . I did get a timely and helpful
call back to help upload a spreadsheet, but trying to learn how to use many of the basic functions listed is a nightmare. Need to improve or actually create a tutorial.

Went to use an all my contacts disappeared. Emailed them been 3 days no response. Went in an did a restore to backup - nothing. Emailed them again no response. Before all this would have given them 3.5 to 4 rating but now they seem to think once you pay for the PRO version an they have your money they could care less about you
