PestRoutes Sales Reviews

I love the application seems to be very great, however I’m using the iPad Air 2 on the 13.4.1 update. Having issues scrolling any further down on the new client tab.

It seems like every year there are a massive amount of glitches in PestRoutesSales at the start of the summer. You’d think after years of development and 8 months of offseason the developers would be able to fix the kinks before the summer. I’ve had extreme difficulty trying to cut area for my reps, inputting credit card information, and scheduling sales. This list goes on. My company has opened up multiple support tickets with them but they have yet to do anything so I’ve resorted to writing a review.

PestRoutesSales freezes and glitches frequently like many have said but it gets the job done and has never lost me a deal.

One thing I really want is a mode where all customers sold by myself are visible regardless of location. It would be awesome to get to look back and see all the deals I’ve made on the map

-App has always been glitchy.. the biggest issue is that it won’t take a credit card in the morning.. unless I kill it and re enter the info it just won’t do anything..
-App also won’t always swap between tabs.. sometimes just loads a blank white page
-every now and again the map even freezes for no reason and doesn’t allow you to rotate at all..
- I have to kill and restart PestRoutesSales at least 5 times everyday due to weird glitches.
-So far PestRoutesSales has only cost me one deal over the course of 2 years due to a glitch so I won’t give 1 star. But It’s only been sub par at best.
-reason I was prompted to write a review is because the entire app quit working today. We have a whole sales team selling on paper contracts today because PestRoutesSales just doesn’t work

Most of the time the buttons don’t work to turn on stuff, but I can turn them off. Putting in card info is a gamble as if it will go through or not. It makes me look sketchy when I have to switch to my phone to put in card info. You would think the developers would be able to figure out the issues quick and get them fixed. I feel like a team of chimpanzees could make a better sales app. FIX THE ISSUES

I used PestRoutesSales for a summer sales internship and had little to no problems, i wasn’t the fastest at using it because I was knocking on 150 doors a day but I remember it being easy to collect customer information if I did make a sale.

App has way too many bugs with it, it won’t allow me to use the on/off buttons for service reminders or to create a custom schedule, putting in payment info is a 50/50 chance of it will work properly, lots of switching back and forth in between iPad and iPhone.

Sales routes is not a every good app. The back end of the system is great for techs and routing. However, PestRoutesSales itself for selling is always glitching out every year. They never seem to fix the small little problems, and they never seem to make it more user friendly...

Regularly I’m running into these issues:
- the electronic quotes and copies of the agreement are not sending through email even after the application says “sent”
- if I save a customer before entering the card information, it won’t allow me to update the info later.
- the sales aids will crash my app and not let me view the PDF’s.

All of these put me in awkward situations on people’s doorsteps and have lost me hundreds of dollars worth of sales.

Use to work great, but this summer has had tons of glitches and crashes. I currently can’t login or connect so I’ve basically wasted a day of selling. Sick!

Actually the worst app I’ve ever used during summer sales. Doesn’t load half the days and I’ve lost sales over PestRoutesSales glitching/freezing and customers getting impatient. Don’t use it for your company

You have two different color greens (the old green color and the sea foam green color. It would look best if you choose one or the other because both colors on the same page clash and do not look very good

Crashes company wide for hours on end. Still only works on iPad for putting in the card info in about 50% of the time

This is one of the worst applications. Complicates selling more than it should and will consistently let you down. Fix it so the large majority of us do not continue losing sales.

Huge upgrade over the old paper days. Love the ability to schedule and see routes. Signing contract and entering payment is smooth for the most part. Easy to refresh and trouble shoot when issues arise.

Love PestRoutesSales and it’s functions. Definitely helping to sell more accounts.

Only issue is that you have to have data on your iPad to get contracts signed. Wish there was a way to sign contracts without data on iPad.

Love PestRoutesSales . It's a great tool for my sales routes, but my team and I really need an update because it keeps freezing on us- which is very inconvenient while making a sale.

Very frustrating when an app won't work. To make it worse, trying to call their support to get answers is impossible. "Email us" is the response you get. Hard to run a business with that reliability. Don't be experimenting with servers in the middle of the day! Especially in the summer!
