I opened the app on my phone and watch both are updated to the latest updates and I just downloaded the for the first time today so I hope it would be the most up to date. So when I go to use it, I open the watch app and it says “phone not reachable”. I have tried everything I can think of. I checked to make sure it was sharing with health, Bluetooth is on and working fine other apps are sending heart rates. Health shows the app as sharing but has no data. The app seems to just not be working. Plain and simple.

How to fix Breathe2Relax app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Breathe2Relax app on iPhone
Update Breathe2Relax app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Breathe2Relax iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Breathe2Relax on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Breathe2Relax network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Breathe2Relax Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Breathe2Relax not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Breathe2Relax App
1. On android, goto Settings » Breathe2Relax » click [Force Stop]

Update Breathe2Relax to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Breathe2Relax App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Breathe2Relax » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Breathe2Relax.

Fix Breathe2Relax unable to contact server/ Breathe2Relax internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Breathe2Relax » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Breathe2Relax » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Breathe2Relax
