I have just updated the app. It opens to the welcome back screen, then changes to a screen with just 'loona' on a black background. That's it, nothing else happens

Every time for the last week I log on and ones I start a sleepscape the sound is gone ..this is not my devises issue

Good morning, Last night 19th of August, I signed up for a trial of this app from the 19th to the 26th of August. However this morning I received a bill for the trial of $14.99 and a bill for $59.99. I have also been sent a workbook which I have not asked for and have not opened. Please cancel my subscription to Luna calm relax and sleep and refund me the $59.99. I canceled before the free trial was up and you charged me anyway. I want a full refund of $62.99. I tried emailing but got no response. I need this money back.

Loóna now freezes whenever I touch the screen to add color. It pauses with each touch, then continues. Very frustrating. I have very fast Wifi in the 400 range and this has never happened before.

Not exactly. this app isn’t a list of direct go-to-sleep techniques, but rather a mood-altering app that helps you to stay calm during the day and prepares you emotionally for going to sleep in the evening. Complete it to shut the frantic world out, reset your mind, and create the perfect mood for sleep. this app saves your sleepscape sessions to your Apple Health app. Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when the user purchases a subscription to that publication, where applicable. Negative emotions we accumulate during the day are processed and consolidated by our brain during sleep making them more difficult to disassociate from when faced again in the future. Moreover, feeling angry, anxious, down, or, the opposite, excited, and elated, is likely to affect latencies to sleep onset and REM-sleep. Account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period, and identify the cost of the renewal. People mistake it for the symptoms of a sleep disorder, but in reality, they just may be in the wrong mood for sleep. Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period.
