I have just updated the app. It opens to the welcome back screen, then changes to a screen with just 'loona' on a black background. That's it, nothing else happens

Every time for the last week I log on and ones I start a sleepscape the sound is gone ..this is not my devises issue

Good morning, Last night 19th of August, I signed up for a trial of this app from the 19th to the 26th of August. However this morning I received a bill for the trial of $14.99 and a bill for $59.99. I have also been sent a workbook which I have not asked for and have not opened. Please cancel my subscription to Luna calm relax and sleep and refund me the $59.99. Loóna now freezes whenever I touch the screen to add color. It pauses with each touch, then continues. Very frustrating. I have very fast Wifi in the 400 range and this has never happened before.

How to fix Loóna app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Loóna app on iPhone
Update Loóna app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Loóna iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Loóna on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Loóna network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Loóna Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Loóna not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Loóna App
1. On android, goto Settings » Loóna » click [Force Stop]

Update Loóna to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Loóna App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Loóna » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Loóna.

Fix Loóna unable to contact server/ Loóna internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Loóna » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Loóna » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Loóna
