It crashes a couple times a day, seizures like 20 times before opening the message, then doesn’t always open it with the message thread so you have to go back out and reopen, drains my battery, takes over a minute to open messages, gives me some error message that I didn’t choose a deliverable contact EVEN though I used the address book so I end up having to rewrite message repeatedly. Not sure if it’s better on the newest iPhone but I easily waste at least 30-60m a day trying to get to a message, reply or send for what should take me 5-10 minutes. Rarely does it work smoothly, maybe once or twice in the last 4 weeks.

To start with it randomly crashes about once a day at least. When it doesn’t crash it takes forever to open. Sometimes it will just have a seizure when refreshing and cycle for a few minutes. When it does open/refresh sometimes the message you send just doesn’t go through. When it does go through the alert is pretty quiet and sometimes nobody notices that a message came through.
If you are looking to adopt this as your secure messaging option, maybe consider not.

The interface is poorly designed. It’s painful to use this app and the only reason I do is because I’m required to. It’s clunky and tedious to open the app and do anything. The app was recently updated and it’s much worse. It’s like a high school PowerPoint— everything is moving now when you open a page and it’s unnecessary. It takes longer to do anything and there are extra unnecessary screens/steps to forward a message.
