I am not able to update my Harris teeter app

New app keeps requiring me to log in again; will not store my password. The old app's feature that let me see past purchases by week and month is gone. It also freezes frequently. The new app is requiring me to reenter my credit card, but it generates a message that it's unable to.

As of 10/27/2022, New app won’t work on my iPhone… the old app did. When I select the ‘shop our new experience’ link I get an “access denied” message.

The Harris Teeter app pushes you to their website, which is certainly not designed to be accessed from your phone. When will the mobile app work again? It has not worked for more than a week. The app provided the ability to view weekly specials, see prices and make a shopping list. Without this I will shop elsewhere.

App goes directly to SELECT YOUR STORE. I select store... then it stays on "New Shopping Experience" / "Your Order Ahead store. I tried updating. Still doesn’t work. Very frustrating. I cannot see the weekly ad, coupons , fuel points, or make a list. Using iPhone 11 . I guess your app has spoiled me

What is up with the app? It will only allow access to "new shopping experiences" or "shop now" options for ordering online. I cannot access the app to get my bar code for scanning or to check fuel points?

Will not let me login. I have no ad blockers and every cache has been cleared but it will not let me log in

App goes directly to SELECT YOUR STORE. I select store... then it stays on "New Shopping Experience" / "Your Order Ahead" page. I deleted and reinstalled app. Same issue. Very frustrating. Using iPhone 11 Pro.

HT app is not working... only allows me to create an order for pick up or delivery. Unable to view anything else, like fuel points. I've tried deleting and reloading app, but still the same thing. Will this get fixed?

App only shows choose a store and you cannot go to any other pages.

Something is wrong the app. It takes me to online ordering as soon as I open it and will not let me navigate away from that except to the "chose your store" page. My VIC card fell off my jey chain long ago so I have been using the app to scan my VIC card and now, u can no longer do that. I can't load coupons, make a list, nothing! PLEASE FIX!

App keeps going to the delivery/shop and will not go to the Home Screen. I have uninstalled and reinstalled and have turned my iPhone off and back on. None of this has fixed the problem.

My app is not working. It just spins when I try to log in. I wanted to use it to buy gift cards and I had to leave the store without the cards! Please help. Joann
- Poor design of the interface
- Link to select a product for adding to cart is too close to the product below
- Link to activate checkout is dead as the proverbial door nail
- List function is VERY limited
- No default option available
- Can’t add notes to items on the list
- No way to identify where in my saved store the items are located by aisle
