3 years agoFor more than a week I have been having problems with my SCU mobile app, which I use almost daily. I have called..., uninstalled and reinstalled....called again.. no answer via phone and it's been a disaster. What originally started with my face ID... and now it's a big mess. please reply to my email with possibly a link... I have been a customer for more than 20 years- PLEASE help. Sandi

Check signature not recognized
Since you have updated your app the app refuses to acknowledge that the back of my check is signed. Now I have to go to the bank to deposit a $30 check. What is the point of mobile banking if there is no way to override the error message that says there is no signature on the back of your check. I signed it once. And then once it failed i signed it again one line down in case it was too high up on the check. A human being reviews these checks anyway, why not let me override it and if I’m the idiot that makes the mistake that submits it anyway, then the check gets rejected. I’ve accidentally typed the deposit amount incorrectly before and the check has been rejected. This is frustrating.

My accounts never load
The main issue I have with the Sharon credit union app is that my accounts never load, which means I can’t deposit checks. The only way I can see the money in my accounts is if I go to transfer money, but I can’t see any of my activity beyond just the total. It would probably be a good app if I could use it.

Constantly logging me out
As of late, this app is very problematic. It constantly "experiences an error" and forces me to sign in with my password. What's the point of face ID?
