Lifesaver

I have dietary fructose malabsorption and the app’s been a big help in three ways: 1) The obvious way; when I come across a new food or want to look something up, it’s great having a convenient trusted source (and one that keeps comments) 2) What I can and can’t eat is pretty complicated and I don’t expect others to keep up with it. This can lead to some problems when others cook though - I don’t want to refuse my in-law’s Christmas dinner or seem difficult. They’ve downloaded the app now too and it’s easy for them to make sure there’s something I can eat (especially since they only need to think about my weird restrictions occasionally). 3) Fructose malabsorption isn’t especially well known - the app can be nice for establishing a bit of credit when I need to tell someone about my restrictions (“good odds he’s not entirely making this up”). Thanks for the great app. Has definitely been a quality of life improvement.

The Best

I have many food intolerances and found so much conflicting information online I was frustrated. I thought I would have to create my own spreadsheet to sort it all out. I purchased several other apps that were a complete waste of money. Then I found this one. It has everything thing I need to determine safe foods. It is well researched, has extensive notes about individual foods, easy to use format. Just buy it, you won't be disappointed.

Awesome app!!

This is an awesome app! I just started embarking on a low histamine diet as well as no gluten, no dairy, and no yeast. This app allows you to put all those filters in and to which degree you’re sensitive to it as well. Then it rates everything by color to make it easy. And you can click on a food to read the details about how much histamine it has and if it’s a histamine liberator. Some of the foods also have a little history on them health-wise. This is great for MCAS or HIT and food intolerances!
