On December 17, I ordered four (4) loyalty cups using my Chase Visa card. I was not given an opportunity to provide an email address so the confirmation number could be used for me to receivedocument ion so I could pick up the four cups. I used my Visa credit card to purchase those four cups. The cost was $24.50, posted on 12/19/25. Please advise when I can expect to receive the confirmation number so I can pick up my cups. Edith L. Have you discontinued Senior tickets? Tried to order today on the ap, which refused to let me choose "senior." Tried repeatedly. Why?
We were overcharged 31.64 plus tax at the 2 pm showing of Good Fortune at Cine Grill Lake Pleasant. We had 2 frozen margueritas. No other alcoholic drinks. Order number 643832. My bank shows no billing correction, but a second charge of 50 cents. (We told our server and received a second corrected bill.) Please credit our card if you have not already done so.

Throws on processing fees at the last minute of $3.50 per ticket. In person at the theater there is no fee. Confused on why it costs more to do it online than to staff a box office to do it in person. It’s a shame that such a good system and well developed app is ruined by Dan Harkins greed.
Didn’t let me purchase on the app

I added my card and just kept loading, tried again and the same thing happen. Had to purchase on the website. What’s the point of the app if it doesn’t work. If they could add Apple Pay that would be get for now I’ll use the website or Atom.
Unable to purchase through the app

I have been trying to purchase through the app for months now ever since and update it is not possible I know what I’m doing. The screen turned completely blank, no matter which way I scroll it brings up nothing as far as payment. Then my seats are locked for several minutes I have to wait to purchase from the website
