I would actually give 京东又好又便宜 0 stars if I could. I was able to order stuff online last week and this week it’s asking me for my Chinese citizenship card. I understand the policy with binding an ID to each account for safety reasons but I don’t understand why there is no option to bind my passport number? How are you asking for something some customers don’t have? Platform either needs to fix this or take their app down from the U.S. App Store. Ridiculous

You cannot understand why 京东又好又便宜 is in the US App Store with ridiculous usage limitations.

1, for those who cannot understand Chinese, the first step will got stuck because changing language needs to log in first.

2, the registration allows the usage of US cell numbers. However, after attempting to log in, the system requests mandatory ID verifications.

3, for those who have China ID numbers, the verification is not that simple. The second step is to ask for the bank account info and registered cell numbers that you have in China

4, after all 京东又好又便宜 is only designed for short-term international students from China. Removing it from 京东又好又便宜 Store is highly recommended

京东又好又便宜 is going downhill. Each time I pay, I need to carefully navigate through all the options to find my original default payment method. Too many traps!

When I swipe right to exit a product page, a new full-screen ad pops up instead. Even customer service can't resolve it, which is really frustrating.

After you make order there is any problem they would not do anything or customer service (no return no refund) trust me this store application was absolutely terrible

Never use 京东又好又便宜, its customer service team sees everything all your info like address you used. If you ever dispute with them, they use your personal information against you. It should not be bared and I call on you to uninstall 京东又好又便宜 and delete your account for personal safety.

It keep asking you to allow it to tracking your activities as well you’re only allowed to browse product after you register with the +86 phone number, so they can send your activity report to communist party’s big data AI huh? More aggressive than other Chinese app

I have been using JD for years. I like it it because I thought they treat customers data more carefully and their products are of better quality. I was so wrong on both!

For e.g, I bought an Apple Watch band, and it broke the moment I took it out of the box. I proceeded to write a poor review for this product, but it was deleted. The product had thousands of review and it remained at 5 stars. I refused to believe that no one wrote less than a 5 star review. My guess is that vendors can use money to remove poor reviews.

I am trying to buy a pair of shoes for someone in China, figure jd is a good website. But boy, cannot even get an account setup. First tried the website, cannot pass the slide the bar verification, then tried 京东又好又便宜, cannot get the cube verification. Do jd want to sell stuff or not? I think of myself as tech savvy, and I cannot even setup account. Pity!

The customer service is getting worse and worse. The company is trying to reduce cost and besides layoff their employees, they decided to cancel many of the previous customer rights and the shopping experience is terrible. Don’t use this!

京东又好又便宜 crushed each time I tried to edit or add pictures, and lost my writing after reopen 京东又好又便宜 . While I did allow the copy/paste to 京东又好又便宜 , I couldn’t paste anything to the review. Even though I planed to leave a very positive and useful review to others🤣
IMO, JD needs to work much harder to improve 京东又好又便宜’s user experience instead of adding hundreds of (if not thousands of) unrelated features/ adds which are not helpful to consumers at all.
I have bought a lot of stuff from JD app for elders in my family over the past few years. Most of my shopping experiences, including products, shipping and return etc., are very positive. While I barely leave any review I do rely on the others’ review information. However, the first time I tried to leave my own review over so many years, I just found out to leave a review itself is a very frustrated procedure. I spent 25 mins but couldn’t finish any real review with notes or pictures.
This is absolutely unacceptable to an e-commerce platform like JD. I hope someone can get the notes and improve this ASAP!

Very nice and convenient shopping platform. Best logistics and customer services. Their same day delivery is superb. One of my package was delivered one day late due to severe weather. Their customer service called me and apologized. This is my main shopping app now and I love it.
