I've been a long time this app account holder and AutoCheck could have been of real value. But, since it doesn't recognize my account info, it is absolutely worthless. It is easier just to access their website through Safari proper.
This is too bad considering the exorbitant prices account holders pay each month to this app. It would have been nice to be able to feel like you're actually getting a useful tool in return for your patronage.
AutoCheck was the quickest delete I've ever had!

You can enter the login info but the actual login button is under the keyboard and there isn’t a way to press the button. So AutoCheck is pretty much useless.

You can’t get into AutoCheck . Wish I did cafax. I went to AutoCheck loaded my I’d and password and nope no match. Tried to change the password and nothing. Save the time.

I think this must be an old version as it does not allow you to log in

As others have stated already, AutoCheck will not let me log in even though I am a paying member. Do not waste your time with AutoCheck.

AutoCheck is open only for business customers not other paying customers.

Service provides little value, purchased reports are only available if you maintain an active subscription and subscriptions expire early.

Just signed up and can’t login. The same issue as many others have. Getting my money back

AutoCheck is useless. It won’t accept my credentials. I have verified my credentials via web browser, but AutoCheck can never log me in. Using web browser. Deleted this useless app from my device. Zero stars.

Can’t actually use AutoCheck because it won’t recognize my account info, so I’m not able to log in. Pretty useless.

I've been avoiding AutoCheck because of all the bad reviews. However, a friend of mine said he had luck with it so I gave it a shot. As nearly everybody else has mentioned, it will not let me log in, even though I have a current this app subscription. Most auctions don't even accept CarFax for arbitration purposes, but most people I know are using CarFax in the lanes because they need this info in their hands when buying. Figure this out and make an app that works or this app will get left in the dust eventually!

The developers for AutoCheck should be working on making AutoCheck more user friendly. I feel AutoCheck is too hard to use as compared to other car applications this one is by far the worst designed for the user experience.

I love this their service, very good and cheaper then carfax, but AutoCheck doesn’t work! It doesn’t recognize my account info.
I can’t login says there is an invalid character (I have been using my email address how can be?!)
On the mobile website no problem, please fix the issue!

Not really sure how it qualifies an app. Very basic in functionality. It is not able to login with finger print. Need to have enter user and password every time.

The application could not possibly be any simpler. The problem with the application is the Vin scanner. I cannot ever get it to work. Why have the functionality if it is not useful?

Works really well so they must have fixed it since the last review? I logged in without a hitch.

I guess all of the people who rated AutoCheck as bad expect free reports with a free app. These are the same people that want their meals for free in restaurants...great app and I have an acct and don't mind paying

Easy to use . Valuable information which would save allot of money by buying the vehicle with the right history.

AutoCheck provides a full vehicle history report. Very easy to use. Also very handy to have while outside and standing next to the vehicle. PLEASE NOTE: you must have an account/login to use

AutoCheck is great if you subscribe to the paid Auto Check. It is not intended nor will it work for others.
