Can’t sell tickets
The app doesn’t let me sell my tickets. When I try to resolve it through the help chat I’m referred to Ticketmaster where it asks me to scan the barcode that’s on my phone…. obviously that won’t work. I got it pulled up on another phone so I could actually scan the tickets (requires 2 phones at this point) and it doesn’t accept the bar codes. Don’t tell customers they can sell leftover tickets they don’t use if your app doesn’t have that function available or make it possible to scan them to sell through Ticketmaster……

App not opening
After updating the app to the most recent version- it no longer opens. I have deleted the app and re-downloaded it multiple times to no avail. I have an iPhone 6, but iOS 10 (the minimum requirement for the app to function). Please fix or advise on what I should do. Thanks.
