I deleted the app as it no longer worked but am happy to report it has been updated and is even better than ever. Much easier to switch between planning and packing than it was. Thank you. .

Running latest version and Pack Mode won’t display items to be packed when selecting any of the Categories in the Pack List.

Currently useless. .

How to fix Pack The Bag app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Pack The Bag app on iPhone
Update Pack The Bag app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Pack The Bag iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Pack The Bag on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Pack The Bag network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Pack The Bag Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Pack The Bag not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Pack The Bag App
1. On android, goto Settings » Pack The Bag » click [Force Stop]

Update Pack The Bag to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Pack The Bag App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Pack The Bag » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Pack The Bag.

Fix Pack The Bag unable to contact server/ Pack The Bag internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Pack The Bag » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Pack The Bag » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Pack The Bag
