The itinerary times are 2 hours behind. I schedule an activity and select 4pm but it shows up at 2pm. The itinerary also does not go in order of time it goes in order it was created. The slots are only 2 hours as well when some activities go on for 4 hours or more.

How to fix Batch app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Batch app on iPhone
Update Batch app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Batch iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Batch on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Batch network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Batch Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Batch not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Batch App
1. On android, goto Settings » Batch » click [Force Stop]

Update Batch to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Batch App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Batch » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Batch.

Fix Batch unable to contact server/ Batch internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Batch » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Batch » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Batch
