Baffling that theres still no English option???

Today i clicked on MeinMagenta and it immediately closed .. restarted my phone, updated MeinMagenta , tried again and same thing. Now i can not only not make important calls, i can't even see what's going on.

Ive also had a problem with adding money to my account. Could be user error - esp since MeinMagenta is in a language i'm not fluent in yet, I'm guessing at most of it. But anyway, I need the €30 re-up monthly, the options given are for either €15 or €20. So i overpay by €5 each month, and that money left over was just sitting there unused in my "Guthaben". I figured it would count towards the next month, but for the 5 months i've been in germany, it never did. Just last month that money paid for my re-up. Why not just have a €30 selection to begin with so I don't have to overpay at all??

Worst telecom experience of my life!!! If you are absolute masochist, love pain, frustration, love being overcharged, lied and cheated on by your service provider. And plan to spend your vacation calling service, walking from shop to shop and 3 days later giving up on using Internet, use this provider. I write this on coffee internet connection as I just give up on them after 10 hours, 3 days and 50 euros they manage to squeeze out of me under varios excuses for 5 day of pre-paid internet. I feel super stupid - you should not be.... when you see their logo .... run!

MeinMagenta is buggy, it takes too many steps to get something done and it’s not user friendly. Also, it doesn’t specify your bill periods and data usage is confusing. Please make an English version, it would be easier for many people to take care of issues through MeinMagenta than going to the actual store all the time and waste representatives times and our time.

You make mistakes, you didn’t close my Contract as requested, you break the Law at your advantage, then you don’t want to speak with your Customers and you don’t want to receive Complaints.

I feel like Telekom would benefit from adding an option to switch languages in MeinMagenta and with text/ email notifications. I spend an enormous amount of time translating everything through the internet and it’s extremely annoying when I’m paying money for a service that I can’t understand.

Please provide English version!!! Everyone in the world learns English or rather is more likely to speak it than German. Please understand that some have only recently moved to Germany and some are here for short term and learning the language in such a short time is not possible!!! Telekom is an international company...please act like it and at least provide an English translation for most critical functions!?!

As a review, MeinMagenta would be more beneficial to those Americans that have subscribed and downloaded. With the option to select a different language, like other apps such as Google Translate, MeinMagenta would serve the American community overseas in this area. There are many American soldiers that are also customers of Telekom and find it difficult to translate the huge amount of information within MeinMagenta . Although Americans also understand that learning the language of the host country is important and respectful, there should also be a way that the language barrier can be broken with the option mentioned above. Telekom has no problem signing up Americans for their plans and services with an English-speaking sales rep, there should be no problems in updating MeinMagenta with the option to switch languages.

I completely understand this service resides in Germany, but English is far more common globally. There are so many expats living in Germany and MeinMagenta is useless to those who don’t speak fluent German. I’m all for learning the language and customs of the country you move to, but major corporations like this should absolutely offer the option to change languages.

I would like to know in detail where my money goes??? according to MeinMagenta I've spent 99,95 euros in seven days - on what and when??? 80% of that time I was connected thru my wifi!!! telekom prepaid seems to be a ripoff!!! and MeinMagenta isn't helpful.

My Telekom Internet is out so I started a chat for help. Each opens as if it will work. I even receive a first response from a rep, but none after that. Tried this four times. And my messages also don’t seem to go through. I close and retry, no luck.
So I tried the phone number I’m MeinMagenta only to still be on hold for 21 minutes. What do I do?

It would be great if there was an option to translate into English.

Hard to understand since it’s only in German. English option would be great. Other than that, not too bad.

Yeah, there’s definitely a lot of people who travel and also Military Personnel that may use MeinMagenta. An English version would help drastically

Americans living in Germany would benefit having an option to switch the language of MeinMagenta over to English.

The download / upload speed in the district Spandau is good, but at my workplace in Grünwald...signal is not good there are times when no signal is or 3G extremely slow connection is available. The price of this service is not cheap!

I really wouldn’t mind an English option, and I had a little trouble using MeinMagenta in Ireland to make a payment. But generally it’s simple and straightforward and doesn’t waste my time.

MeinMagenta is great, it mirrors what you see on the website. But as a leader in the telecommunications industry and Europe being as diverse as it is. English should be an option in MeinMagenta .

I’m an American living in Germany for work. It would be nice if there was an English translation for MeinMagenta , I’m working on my German but sometimes I have to jump back and forth from MeinMagenta to and a translator to know what it’s saying. Also a widget with the amount of data you have left would be SUPER cool.

Like the Offers it gives and the Overview in all my phone contracts! Keeps me informed and in control.

Needs English

Was trying to buy a speed on option abroad. No chance to find any data / possibilities in MeinMagenta. Totally useless....

It would be nice to have an English option for translation for those that don’t speak or read German.

MeinMagenta needs some major work. Don’t is toooooo small, graphics are low res and therefore hard to see. Value of MeinMagenta from a company like Telekom is a so poor which makes you wonder what they do with their money.

Needs English option. Come on, you guys are a major corporation and it currently is the year 2019 last I checked. It’s hard enough as it is trying to work with you guys in person.

Some of your customers are foreigners and don’t understand German so I can’t navigate around MeinMagenta because it is only in German. It will be great if you can do an update and make it in English
