Baffling that theres still no English option???
Today i clicked on the app and it immediately closed .. restarted my phone, updated the app, tried again and same thing. Now i can not only not make important calls, i can't even see what's going on.
Ive also had a problem with adding money to my account. Could be user error - esp since the app is in a language i'm not fluent in yet, I'm guessing at most of it. But anyway, I need the €30 re-up monthly, the options given are for either €15 or €20. So i overpay by €5 each month, and that money left over was just sitting there unused in my "Guthaben". I figured it would count towards the next month, but for the 5 months i've been in germany, it never did. Just last month that money paid for my re-up. Why not just have a €30 selection to begin with so I don't have to overpay at all??

As a review, the app would be more beneficial to those Americans that have subscribed and downloaded. With the option to select a different language, like other apps such as Google Translate, this app would serve the American community overseas in this area. There are many American soldiers that are also customers of Telekom and find it difficult to translate the huge amount of information within the app. Although Americans also understand that learning the language of the host country is important and respectful, there should also be a way that the language barrier can be broken with the option mentioned above. Telekom has no problem signing up Americans for their plans and services with an English-speaking sales rep, there should be no problems in updating the app with the option to switch languages.

Worst telecom experience of my life!!! If you are absolute masochist, love pain, frustration, love being overcharged, lied and cheated on by your service provider. And plan to spend your vacation calling service, walking from shop to shop and 3 days later giving up on using Internet, use this provider. I write this on coffee internet connection as I just give up on them after 10 hours, 3 days and 50 euros they manage to squeeze out of me under varios excuses for 5 day of pre-paid internet. I feel super stupid - you should not be.... when you see their logo .... run!
