How do I delete past issues of the Edmonton Journal on my IPAD, IPHONE and on my PC? This has become a real problem as they are using up all of my space.

I work in a seniors home and would like to help a couple delete the hundreds of old newspapers off of their app. How do I do that? We can’t delete and reinstall because they can’t access their Apple store anymore
