The Journal & the Sheboygan Press are always locking up. What's going on?

I find that frequently the Milwaukee Journal & the Sheboygan Press will freeze up on pages remaining blurry and/or unable to move to the next page. None of my other online services have this problem. Did you cut your web space? This has been going on for the past few weeks.

My e-edition of the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel does not work. I have tried everything to get it to go but it not working! Please assist.
