Good luck figuring this app. It used to be easy and intuitive. Now it is a struggle to figure out their cumbersome UI. Not to mention they took the same app and upgraded to make it fee oriented when the same key features were free before. I don't mind paying to get more, but paying to restore capabilities is a bait and switch.

I've used this app for a long time, but they never incorporated my suggestion / need to have sub-projects or sub categories. The last month, the backup to Google servers stopped working, meaning all my data is at risk if something happens to my phone! Am going to get a different app.

The app works well. It does what it says it's going to do. The reason I wanted to write a review is because I just had an interaction with their customer service that deserves recognition. I got a new phone over the weekend and when I transferred my apps, all my historical billing disappeared. Yikes!! I realized I could easily restore it from the hourbill server, but because I had changed my apple ID when I got my new phone, something wasn't clicking and the program didn't realize I had already upgraded my hourbill software ... I emailed the support folks and got a response within 30 minutes asking for more details of the situation. I replied and got a follow-up email within an hour. Problem completely resolved. For a $5 app, I was seriously impressed.
(Only 4 stars because the app isn't always intuitive...but it works after you figure it out.)
