Crash

Every time I try to process a credit card payment, the app crashes. I cannot process an entire payment. I’ve tried it with WiFi and without. Same thing with Bluetooth. This app worked great for over a year then all of a sudden it won’t work anymore. If the issue is resolved my rating would increase.

Constant Crashing

Most recent update has the app crashing any time you complete a transaction… AGAIN!!! This happens every time this app gets updated. Then it gets “fixed” for a few months until another update comes out.

Cannot use terminal

When I go to use the Bluetooth terminal it comes up with an error message: Terminal ID Missing and Transaction Key Missing. I contacted IProcess and they said to contact Rectangle Health. They sent me an new terminal and I have the same issue using my IPad.
