Every once in a while the payment system stops working. I try with all my cards yet payment fails. Finally I pay with the KBC online app only to find that I have been charged but still don't have a ticket. It is just unacceptable!
It’s disrespectful of their customers to shop such a low quality app. Try again or open all your APIs and let others build apps.
SNCBNational shuts down a lot and is confusing to purchase tickets. They need a new developer.
If you purchase a ticket , and if you close and reopen SNCBNational your ticket will disappear !!!
What a joke.
It serves the basics and works. That said. SNCBNational isn’t really well integrated .. if you select the route you want and then ask for purchase you have to re-enter the trajectory... payment method does not store well. I’d recommend having a look at the SBB app from Swiss railways which is modern, practical, user friendly with much better daily use integrating remembering your subscription, dealing with seniors etc ... a lot to learn still!
For an application as dynamic as this, it should be updated more often than each year. Many things do not work well or crash SNCBNational on iOS 13+, please update your stuff rather than having passengers suffer your consequential decisions in not hiring enough skilled people to manage these sort of things. Seriously!
Great for knowing the times and delays of trains but it keeps crashing when you try to purchase a ticket through SNCBNational (iPhone 8+)
This version always errors out when trying to purchase a ticket. Ended up going to the kiosk today because it wouldn’t work.
Couple easy fixes could make this a useful app (e.g. allowing people to backtrack when the view later train departures would be nice). Also I was looking for the NMBS app but had to settle for SNCB?
App stuck on ‘please wait’ in My Tickets section. Maybe because i have purchased many tickets there! Solve asap pls.

Useful for train schedules but useless to buy tickets. SNCBNational frequently closes out on you.
