I am using this app for a couple of years now without major problems. But recently purchased (and paid) tickets got lost twice. Although I saw the ticket on the screen it was not added to the list of bought tickets - so no chance to access it again when needed.

I don’t know if this is a app issue or a general from Belgium train system. But the change of platform time is not calculated into the journey- it shows 0min even I have to change from platform 12 to 3 in Brussels

You should clearly state that this app only works for Belgian customers. It didn’t accept two of my credit cards, so I missed my train. The international app works, although it is overly complicated. Not a good customer experience.

Be careful, the app doesn't always work reliably, takes long time to download the tickets if at all, seems that Belgian rail is missing you at the counter or doesn't want you to to miss the huge queues to the ticket machines...

useful App, it requires some optimization:
- my PayPal username should be remembered
- entering the PayPal username and PW is cumbersome because the keyboard disappears several times during the process
- there should be a shortcut to show the purchased ticket while its valid
- Apple Wallet integration would be perfect

Gut, praktisch, zuverlässig. Zu empfehlen, jedem der in Belgien Bahn fährt. Verbindungen werden mit Bus und allen Bahnen angezeigt (auch Thalys)
Praktisch dass auch Busverbindungen angezeigt werden, und Routen über Ländergrenzen nach Deutschland (Aachen) und Niederlande (Maastricht) geplant werden können.

This app can only be used by those having a Belgian resident card and a Belgian phone number. The former it doesn't tell you anywhere in the app (maybe in the small print general terms and conditions, who ever reads them...). Therefore it is completely useless if you want to use it for the Brussels airport train. 7,80euro wasted plus an argument with the on board controlleur on the train. One star for this instransparency. It should be clear for the user beforehand that you need to have a Belgian resident card.

I used the app for 2,5 years and I liked it. It was possible to use it for public transport in and arround Brussels, not inly for trains. Especially since the STIB app dies not allow routing. However, for some time now it shows nonsense for Brussels. Indicated stops are not part of the line used. The destination stop can be found, but the results show suddenly a different destination. It looks like the related database keys are corrupted.
De-installation and re-installation dies not help.
