myChevrolet Status

The MyChevrolet app is sending me a 'Critically low tire pressure' warning. It shows my tire pressure at front-72psi and rear-74psi, but says the recommend tire should be at Front-958psi and Rear-1119psi.

My wife and I are trying to get this to work. For my wife it never sends the first e-mail link. I got past that somehow, and when logging in, I get to two factor authentication, it sends the code, I enter the code, and nothing happens. If I try to sign in on android, I get 'Unable to retrieve account details'. This is crap!

Everytime I try to access my downloaded owners manual it’s says Sytem Error. This only started about 10days ago. I have two vehicles on the app and it’s saying the same thing. Rest of app works fine. Help

My navigation is no longer available on My Chevrolet app

App installed on my Pixel 4. Upon startup, the Chevrolet logo comes up and it freezes. It never goes past that startup logo.

When I update departure times for charging, it says sending update, but when it completes and I go back in, it keeps defaulting to incorrect departure times

I was invited to "Join the Family" and after downloading the app and creating an account, I attempt to sign in and it states, "unable to retrieve account details".

All of sudden 5 performance faults were indicated, even though the car has only 15320 miles and had a complete oil change service on 9/29/22.

After the update V5.21.0, my vehicle location finder does not work. A pop up comes up stating to try again or contact support. I’ve logged off and logged back in. I’ve also deleted and reinstalled it. Still doesn’t find my vehicle.

since i did my update on my iphone with the version 16 my application will not work. deleted and installed again and will not accept my vin and brings me back to the login screen

The Alerts work just fine in the morning, but there hour late maybe longer in the afternoon. I've uninstalled the app and re-installed but the same has been doing this for over 2 weeks. NOT WHAT I PAYED FOR.

App won’t send me two step authentication code to my email or phone. My app requires multi authentic verification and when I select text or email it says that the code has been sent, however I never receive the verification number and I am stuck at that screen. I have reloaded the app, shut down the phone, contacted customer support to no avail. Very frustrated right now.

App seems stuck on 2 factor verification code. Won’t send it text or e-mail, it just sits there saying sending. I just wanted to renew my OnStar, but can’t get in to do it.

myChevrolet app, shows all vehicle status info as blank. I've uninstalled and reinstalled. I get the code for verification and can insert it, but everything is still blank when the app performs the vehicle status check.

Vehicle status shows info was updated 3 days ago, even though I have driven vehicle and added fuel. Key fob functions work OK. Fuel efficiency still WAY off and tire pressure recommendation is still wrong. There is always something wrong, with this app. I'm paying for it and it's not working, how about a credit for the months it doesn't work correctly, or should I just not renew it?

Chevrolet app stopped updating mileage and smart driver data. Hasn't worked since August 3 2022.

I am using Samsung A71, I have My Chevrolet and log on, but cannot save login info, while the phone does save for all of my other apps automatically. It is frustrating to have to enter the password every time I want to use the app. My previous phone worked great in this regard. I have uninstalled it several times but to no avail.

my chevrolet app opens for about 30 seconds and then turns off and I have to reopen it. Same things happens after about 30 seconds. can't keep the app open

Why will the app not work on my Galaxy S7? Says it needs update but the google play store says not supported on this device? Worked until today. MyChevrolet app is no longer available from Playstore. It was working on my phone up until that reset. Please fix this and make the app compatible with older versions of Android again (or at least tell me where/how to download an older version of the app).

When I go to download app on my iPhone it says unexpected error occurred please log back in if it continues call customer service basically.

The app will not let me log in and if it does it will not allow any functions. It just sits there stating "sending". I have been on the phone 4 different times with their customer service and they keep telling me to delete the app and reinstall, which I do, but it does not correct it. It has worked great until about a week ago. Very frustrating.

I miss the My Chevrolet app, it was so informative and easy to use and now I'm told my phone cannot accommodate this. I am so disappointed and aggravated with this situation and feel it's probably not worth the subscription to OnStar. I am seriously considering cancelling this program since it doesn't offer an app that is conducive to my phone. Please respond with a positive answer to this frustrating problem.

MyChevrolet app not updating vehicle status information

mychevrolet app has the following issues on my iphone..... vehicle status has not updated since April 19th 2022....unable to refresh the vehicle status....doesn't refresh i get a unexpected server response when I try to enter emergency contact info. cannot enter the info. i tried everything,,,,removing and adding the app, clearing the cashe....no changes..... i can lock and unlock the car from the app......... any suggestions ?

Until a few days ago, this app worked great. Now it tells me I have to update. I go to playstore to update, and it says not compatible. I'm about ready to drop everything if this can't be resolved. Seems like a waste to pay for a service that isn't working. I can't see auto status, use features like lock, unlock, etc.

I am attempting to connect the app-I get to the Two-Factor Authentication screen and it is not allowing me to choose where to send the code. I have attempted to reload the app several times and get the same problem. Please help.

I'm using a Galaxy S6 phone running Android 7.0 After a factory reset, MyChevrolet app was no longer available from Playstore. It was working on my phone up until that reset. I like to check on my charging status as well as view the charging history but I can no longer do this even from a browser on my desktop computer. Please fix this and make the app compatible with older versions of Android again (or at least tell me where/how to download an older version of the app).

I cannot start my Chevrolet with my app

Since the latest update in 2022 this app is not working on my phone to start my car. l have an Android which is compatible but every time l want to use this app., l have to uninstall the app and reinstall it. l have been in touch with onstar and am ready to get rid of it as l am paying for a service l can no longer use without hassle. l tried to download the older version which worked perfectly using my pin and can't. l need resolution as l am done with this.
