How to fix Precious app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Precious app on iPhone
Update Precious app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Precious iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Precious on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Precious network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Precious Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Precious not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Precious App
1. On android, goto Settings » Precious » click [Force Stop]

Update Precious to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Precious App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Precious » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Precious.

Fix Precious unable to contact server/ Precious internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Precious » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Precious » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
