Would be a great resource if accurate. Meds are incorrect. I deleted some I hadn’t taken in many years, but they are still listed. I have had vaccinations, but they are not listed in the app and I cannot list the. App should tell me how to get them listed. App should document source of info. App should at least let me add notes, such as the date on which I received a vax or when my next appt is for something it says I am late on. Incorrect/missing info on top of no instr on how to get it updated makes app not pnly useless but a hazard to my health depending on who is referencing it. I would like to be able to include all of my medical providers in one app, but instead each office seems to have their own system. Needs some medical community integration. I have high hopes for improvement.

I have asked several times, to various parties, that the health reminders are inaccurate. My doctor made notes at my last visit and still no change.
Both ‘tests’ listed A-Not over due & B- not due for several years.
Please have the individual responsible to correctly review the records and update. Otherwise tis useless.

I am offended I am asked my gender identity, whether or not I believe I am a man or a woman or I was born a man or a woman this is just so wrong….. 1% of the population does not need to control the other 99%.
I was recently in to have blood drawn, and was asked literally the same questions why do I have to constantly answer the same questions over and over and over. Why can’t we just say things haven’t changed or identify the items that have changed.
This system is redundant and over burdensome on the patient.
