cannot download app to my iphone 15

I keep getting check user name and password error when attempting to log in on the mobile app. I've reset my password numerous times,uninstalled, reinstalled the app and cleared cache. Still getting same error.

I have located the AARPNOW app in the app store and online, however when I click install, I get a message that says, "Something went wrong. Try again".

I’m trying to join but it always says there is a problem. I don’t see the problem. I tried going through Google and Safari. How else do I sign up?
