Force Stop the ShopWell App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click ShopWell app. » click "Force Stop".

1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "ShopWell app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch ShopWell.

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click ShopWell » "Force Stop".

Again, got ShopWell » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
