It blows my mind how many things that can be done through an app. I was hesitant to try, but all went well! I am not one to Fax often at all, so this is perfect for me! I got some important paperwork to where it needed to be in record timing & without having to go to a store & pay to fax it. The only thing I wish were different is the option to be able to choose a file, instead of just a photo or from Dropbox. I keep my information in my iPhone Files. I had to take a picture of what I wanted to send before sending. Luckily, I was able to fit everything into a screenshot. The print came out a little squished in the actual fax, but it worked. That’s all I’d ask to be added. Otherwise, it worked out great!!

I appreciate that when I need to send a fax for an organization that still uses fax machines, and does not allow electronic delivery of documents or forms, that this is an option available to me as fax machines have been phased out of many workplaces. However, it is a bit of a pain to have to jump through hoops to upload my documents from a program like Adobe Acrobat to Dropbox before being able to attach them to my fax versus being able to attach them directly from Adobe Acrobat. Please add more compatible programs/apps.

I needed a document sent to me ASAP for taxes because the original was lost in the mail. I’ve tried free fax services in the past and they are always limited free trials that are difficult to cancel. This one is truly free and gives you a free 24 hour number to receive faxes. I got notification immediately when the fax arrived in good condition. But not only that 24 hours later I got an email saying the number was extended another 24 hours just in case I was still waiting. That was my #1 fear with using this service. In the end I didn’t need extra time but it reflects well on the service as they clearly understand their customer.
