Inaccurate flight time, badly designed

The new interface is badly designed, non-intuitive and the only noteworthy thing is a photo of the Rain Vortex at the start. A lot of good that does to a visitor who has to check flight time.
My parents’ flight was delayed by 1 hour abroad. Even Google updated the new flight time. This app did not. It continued to display the original time. For an airport that trumpets every achievement, perhaps it’s time to focus on traveler basics such as providing accurate flight information instead of an artificial waterfall and luxury stores.
Horrible update - previous version was better

This update is absolutely horrible. The fonts don’t show properly, the maps functionality doesn’t work. It crashes far too much. Way too many bugs. The updates on baggage and others don’t show any more. Links to Carpark and maps don’t function. They have gone 10 years back in time!
Always fail me when I need it most

This app requires update way too often. I have tried to flaunt this app only to be constantly embarrassed. Friends and relatives need urgent flight info and all I get is Update Required. For goodness sake, stop requiring an update for flight info. Work on your overall app structure not to cripple everything just because of an unrelated new feature that many users do not care about.
