The new interface is badly designed, non-intuitive and the only noteworthy thing is a photo of the Rain Vortex at the start. A lot of good that does to a visitor who has to check flight time.

My parents’ flight was delayed by 1 hour abroad. Even Google updated the new flight time. ChangiApp did not. It continued to display the original time. For an airport that trumpets every achievement, perhaps it’s time to focus on traveler basics such as providing accurate flight information instead of an artificial waterfall and luxury stores.

This update is absolutely horrible. The fonts don’t show properly, the maps functionality doesn’t work. It crashes far too much. Way too many bugs. The updates on baggage and others don’t show any more. Links to Carpark and maps don’t function. They have gone 10 years back in time!

I cannot decide whether ChangiApp or the free wifi is more parochial and obtuse. Clearly designed by a local with no sense of how international users will interface. Unacceptable at a busy international airport and well below Singapore minimum standards in general.

Extremely annoying. Every time I try to access the e-card, ChangiApp forces me to update ChangiApp , wasting time for merchants and customers in the queue.

Just an aggregator for things they want to sell you in most cases. Useful features like baggage tracking doesn’t seem to want to validate my baggage number. So I guess I’ll just use SQ’s app.

Update broke access to “Enjoy Parking Promos” link and instead leads to a duplicate “Book Facilities” link. Whoever is in charge of user testing updates should be fired.

Ridiculous laborious process that gets stuck when u submit. Sends you back to gender field without any explanation of what needs to be fixed(and nothing was blank). Impossible waste of time! What a rubbish app for an internationally acclaimed airport!

So I'm trying to update my profile, date of birth is a required field but no matter how much tapping around the field it simply doesn't allow me to input anything. Seriously guys it's not that hard. Please get this fixed!

ChangiApp requires update way too often. I have tried to flaunt ChangiApp only to be constantly embarrassed. Friends and relatives need urgent flight info and all I get is Update Required. For goodness sake, stop requiring an update for flight info. Work on your overall app structure not to cripple everything just because of an unrelated new feature that many users do not care about.

When open an app asked for upgrade. After upgrade UI seems nice but cannot even load anything. Cannot find flight or click on anything. How to get back the older version, which was working fine.

Apps keeps crashing

Actually used to be really good but after the version 3, just hangs. Completely useless having this. Pls don’t make changes just for the sake of it guys!

Tried to open ChangiApp many times. All I see is three bouncing dots. Just doesn’t work.

Just downloaded it and tried to save a flight. Doesn’t work well. Previous version worked fine. Other issues around formatting on an iPhone 14 Pro Max as well. A down grade from the previous. Poor testing was done.

Session doesn’t persist , keep on logging out even navigating within ChangiApp itself .

The whole reason that 96% of users are probably downloading ChangiApp —to see how Singapore Air once again lost their bags—doesn’t even work. It just pops up with a quick “loading” icon before booting you back to the home page. I know it’s in beta but… that’s really in beta.

Awful. Keeps crashing

Bug that doesn’t allow retrieval of rewards card to record purchases is very annoying.

Try to view my profile. Still crashes even with the latest update. Thought that it would be fix after others had write in their review. Other than that, I have no issue so far.
