My navmii offline gps, not working properly for 2 days now. It was not opening. I delete the app, put it back that time it open but when I download the maps it crashed an won’t open again. I was wondering what is the problem. Pls. help. Thank you

Navigation speech is not working everything else o/k. tried reinstalling, but still no navigation voice. it is not phone settings as I do get navigation speech on other apps, please help.

How to fix Navmii Offline GPS app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Navmii Offline GPS app on iPhone
Update Navmii Offline GPS app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Navmii Offline GPS iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Navmii Offline GPS on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Navmii Offline GPS network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Fix Navmii Offline GPS not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Navmii Offline GPS App
1. On android, goto Settings » Navmii Offline GPS » click [Force Stop]

Update Navmii Offline GPS to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Navmii Offline GPS App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Navmii Offline GPS » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Navmii Offline GPS.

Fix Navmii Offline GPS unable to contact server/ Navmii Offline GPS internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Navmii Offline GPS » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Navmii Offline GPS » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Navmii Offline GPS
