My android phone and old iPad show bus stops.I have installed guru maps on my new iPad Air,I selected hiking the same as with my other devices but no bus stops are shown.

How to fix Guru Maps app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Guru Maps app on iPhone
Update Guru Maps app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Guru Maps iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Guru Maps on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Guru Maps network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Guru Maps Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Guru Maps not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Guru Maps App
1. On android, goto Settings » Guru Maps » click [Force Stop]

Update Guru Maps to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Guru Maps App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Guru Maps » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Guru Maps.

Fix Guru Maps unable to contact server/ Guru Maps internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Guru Maps » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Guru Maps » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Guru Maps
