Summary of Member Tools Problems 🔥
- Syncing issue has been going on for quite some time
- Error message saying that the church site is down for maintenance when trying to do a manual update
- Unable to download/sync data/properly sign in regardless of how often the app is uninstalled and reinstalled
- App will not update, not even manually
📋 13 Reported Issues:
When I try to add a picture of myself from my library, the app crashes after I select the picture.
I can log in and it goes to the last page I was on. The menu does not take me to the main screen so I can get to the directory. I closed the app and went back in and still cannot navigate.

I used the app on Saturday to send out a group message. On Sunday, it won’t open. Just a flash like it’s going to open and then back to my home screen. I have tried multiple things.
The directory of members has changed to a very short unorganized list. I don’t know what to dof

The iPad version refuses to let me update or sign in. Constant errors. Also says user name and password don’t match. I am using the correct user name and password as they work on church website. On iPhone version it’s demanding I update but won’t complete the update saying member services are unavailable. I’ve tried multiple times on several days for both apps
The tools always displays "not working" or "isnt responding.I tried to uninstall but the peoblem persist. How can I fix it so that it will work on my android phone and pc.
