I just purchased the full version of ITransfer app for my Iphone. I am trying to transfer music files from my Iphone to my OneDrive. It worked for a little bit, but now, every time I try it, it keeps "Loading" after I select my OneDrive account. Looking for assistance.

How to fix iTransfer app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the iTransfer app on iPhone
Update iTransfer app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall iTransfer iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix iTransfer on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve iTransfer network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

iTransfer Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix iTransfer not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the iTransfer App
1. On android, goto Settings » iTransfer » click [Force Stop]

Update iTransfer to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear iTransfer App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » iTransfer » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart iTransfer.

Fix iTransfer unable to contact server/ iTransfer internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click iTransfer » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto iTransfer » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch iTransfer
