APP Need Much Improvement Not User Friendly or Effective

The APP is beyond slow and frustrating. To place a simple order it took at least 15 minutes and would not update or take my payment. I hope you can improve upon it because your food is great!
Can’t login

Created an account and successfully put in my first order using the website. But the mobile app says it can’t authenticate my account. Password reset did not help. The app support link has nothing more than a faq that doesn’t mention the app.
Good tacos cumbersome app

Good tacos but the app is cumbersome and buggy. Harder to use than almost every other food app. Why do I need to set up an entire account and profile if I’m going to be paying with Apple pay?
