once upgraded to the latest version of NRC app, I can't login to it anymore, even though using forgot password. Also, when trying to use correct username and password to login, it prompts for the verification code, however, the verification email never received and this caused me can't login to my account anymore. I tried deleting the app, even using a new email to register, none of them work, also cannot receive verification email for the verification code.

Ive gone from not being able to run 200m to running a half marathon in 2020 thanks to you! I have an android phone and the app is using 1.8G of internal memory. If I clear the data on my phone, will it delete all the runs, history, etc., or is it safe to clear it because everything is stored in the cloud?

Please create a marathon guided run with Coach Bennet. I’ve been listening to Coach and all the other great Nike coaches and athletes since week 18 of the 2021 Chicago Marathon training plan. Would love to listen during the big day! Please! Much love.

After 6 months of working perfectly I can no longer get the voiceover on the Nike Running Club app in my Apple Watch. It just suddenly stopped working. I’ve unpaired and repaired my watch and iPhone but no joy. Any further tips would be great.

Could not login to the app. It didn't recognize my email or password. Tried to rejoin and it has lost all of my run history. How can I get this restored? I also use dgreer1911@gmail as an email address, but I think the app was set up with the aol address initially.

Have used Nike Run Club app for 6 years with little issues. Recently had to replace a mobile phone and in attempting to transfer data to new phone, all my previous runs have disappeared. I would like to recover all my runs and miles. Should I download the Nike app again to recover?

By Keith Whittington

It seems a little far fetched that folks are logging in on the 50k or 100k challenges with 1000 to almost 3000 miles for a month of running. What’s up with that?

I've been using NRC for about a year and a half. I changed my iphone last week, and when I opened the App on my new phone to sign in, I realized that I forgot which email I used to use to sign in. however, I tried to reset my password on different emails that I have but unfortunately nothing worked and they created new account under my name for each email I used. So please what can I do to get back my account ASAP

I ran a full marathon on 22nd November with my Apple Watch 6’s Nike Running Club app. After the completion of the run, the watch’s NRC apps did not sync with the iPhone or keeping this running record. However, on the Apple’s Activities, it did showed this run’s record and time. I have tried to log out my NRC apps. The 22nd November run’s record is still disappeared. I went to Apple Store in HK. The Apple staff said its the problem of NCR App. Pls help me to restore this running record. Many thanks

My marathon time from when I ran the Marine Corps Marathon on 22 Oct 2017 was deleted from Nikeplus app. I have been trying to resolve this issue since 7 May 2020 with no avail. I have been in contact with Kari (Elite Services, Nike App & Device Support Team) for the past 6 months. My last update from Kari was 3 Sep. I feel as if being strung along. No resolution, only excuses. I was told there is no time frame for the fix and I was not able to get anyone in a leadership position to pose my issue to. I have been patient but this is ridiculous and very unprofessional. I'm hoping someone other than the "Elite" Team would see this complaint and able to provide some resolution to my issue.

Hi I have been using Nike running app and out of the blue my run did not get synced. I am worried I discarded the run when stopping by accident. Is there anyway this data can be retrieved. The run was Oct 28th around 10am 5km in 25mins 3 secs with an average split of 5.01 I think. Thank you, Muriel

STILL, YES, STILL GARBAGE

Update after update Nike is adding useless features yet they still can’t make this app work properly on an Apple Watch. Ridiculous that this app is still an “Editors Choice” to boot when it’s just simply NOT WORKING! Same annoying problems as months ago when I last used it. Not synchronizing with my iPhone so my runs are lost, ending the tracking of a run in the middle of it, stopping and restarting the tracking of a run in the middle of it for no reason, not responding when trying to stop a run upon completion... Yes, it’s still complete and hopeless garbage. I’m amazed that so many other users seem to have similar problems yet the developers of this app still can’t find their way out of a paper bag and have it work properly on an Apple Watch. I’m also surprised that this app gets decent reviews. Are all those positive reviews fake? Come on, if it’s not synchronizing with your iPhone and you’re loosing the data relating to your runs, it’s just not working and it deserves ZERO stars, not even one star. Fortunately, I also rely on my Apple Workouts app so I can still track my activities even when the Nike Run app malfunctions. Given that the Apple Workout app has gotten better over time in terms of the features and analytics it offers, and is stable as a rock, I’m going to switch completely to it. No more frustration in dealing with this ridiculous piece of Nike garbage and, big bonus, I’m going to be freeing up 700MB of storage space.

Improvement Needed.

This app has everything to be hands down the best running app out there. However, starting the app on your phone won’t track your distance unless your phone is on you, EVEN IF you’re wearing your watch. Apple Watch S3 was designed with one of their main focus being phone-free workouts (Keep reading). Now, you can start the app on the watch without a phone BUT if you don’t have the AirPods, you won’t be able to hear anything while running, not mentioning you won’t be able to listen to music either unless, you know, buy wireless headphones. *** **** To add on, when running the treadmill I like to put my phone on the dashboard so I can look at it while I run and keep my eye on my stats BUT this won’t track my distance because again, even though I’m wearing the watch the phone needs to be held in my hand or be strapped on my arm. I then start the run on my watch and WHAT HAPPENS WHEN I OPEN THE APP ON THE PHONE TO LOOK AT MY STATS? I get a message saying opening the phone app while the watch app is in use will start a separate run. Can’t win. I know the stats will display on the watch but having your phone in front of you is better stuff. About every single running app in the App Store will let you use both your watch and phone as one and use the watch as tracking device whether the app was started on the phone or watch. Please listen and make an improvement 🙏🏼

GPS distance us broken starting in v6.2

I am a four year user of this app and I use it only on the iPhone (currently iPhone XS on iOS 13.2) not the Apple Watch. Starting with the update to version 6.2, the app has been recording dramatically longer distances than reality. I run the same routes frequently, and I have been recording runs with NRC, Strava, Endomondo, and RunGo over the years, and I know exactly how long each neighborhood route I run is. NRC is now recording tracks that are approximately 15% to 20% too long. An 8.5 km route this morning got recorded as 10.1 km by NRC. This weekend, I ran 21.1 km (not in a race) and NRC recorded 24.3 km. This completely destroys my pace calculations and I’m sure is not helping my NRC marathon training plan to adjust properly. My other trackers do not have this problem. When I look at the NRC GPS tracks, they are crazy jagged, looking like I am crossing the street back and forth every few meters, running into the middle of a house and back out to the street, etc. On all my other trackers, I can tell the side of the street I was on, and the tracks are nice and smooth. If I run down the sidewalk, the GPS track looks like I’m running down the sidewalk. With NRC it’s like every GPS datapoint can be randomly 5 to 10 meters off from my real location and it makes me look like I was staggering drunk. This all began with the upgrade to 6.2. Please fix ASAP.
